Stomach Settler Tincture
Stomach Settler Tincture
Having an upset stomach can be one of the most uncomfortable feelings. There are many herbs that can assist in easing digestion, settle nausea and aid in how the intestines processes things to come out the other end. The herbs I have chosen for this particular Stomach Settler combo are:
Bay laurel (Laurus nobilis): antibacterial to combat the ‘bad’ bacteria in your gut, with an anti-inflammatory action to ease bloating, stomach pains and diarrhea
Fennel seeds (Foeniculum vulgare)- relaxes muscles in the intestines and eases gassiness
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium): relieves diarrhea, gas, IBS, inflammation in the gut.
Dosage: Take 2 droppers full (1ml) under the tongue at first signs of upset stomach with a sip of water.
Cautions: Yarrow slows blood clotting and may increase stomach acid, best not to use for heartburn.
Comes in a 30ml glass bottle with dropper
